Shipping policy

When your order ships
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). As soon as your parcel is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships and are estimates from the carrier. The free shipping threshold is measured on your order total after bundle savings and promo codes, before shipping.
How we pack your order
Every piece travels in its gift box, together with its certificate of origin, and is cushioned inside a sturdy shipping carton. If you add a gift note in your cart, we include it with your order.
International orders
We ship to many countries with tracked service. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are set by your country and collected by the carrier or customs office on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and they are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs checks can occasionally add a few days to delivery.
Addresses and changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at hello@giftsoftheholyland.com right away. We’ll gladly update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we may not be able to change its destination.
Christmas and Easter
Carriers are at their busiest in December and before Easter. If your gift needs to arrive by a certain day, we recommend ordering early: allow 1–2 business days for us to ship plus the delivery time above, and a little extra for peace of mind.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please write to us and we’ll work with the carrier to find it. If it is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
If anything arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item. See our refund policy for details.
