Mother-of-Pearl Nativity Plaque

Mother-of-pearl carving has been practiced in Bethlehem since the 16th century, when it was taught to local Christian families. This plaque continues that tradition: a Nativity scene cut, engraved and inlaid by hand into an olive wood frame.

It shimmers softly as the light changes through the day. It comes with a fold-out stand for a shelf and a hanger for the wall.

• Hand-engraved mother-of-pearl inlay that catches light from every angle
• Olive wood frame with both an easel stand and a wall hanger
• A traditional Bethlehem craft practiced since the 16th century
• Gift-boxed with certificate of origin
